Vagina Obscura – An Anatomical Voyage by Rachel E. Gross
This is a must read for anyone who wants to update themselves about all thing’s clitoris, vulva and women’s pleasure. So easy to read, this is a sincere and truthful acknowledgment and begins the slow repair of harm done by generations of misleading science, patriarchal bias and misinformation. Every cell in my body rejoices reading this book as finally we start to set the science straight and claim the true and wonder-full story of female bodies and pleasure.
Better Sex Through Mindfulness – How Women can Cultivate Desire by Lori A. Brotto
My most recent literary acquisition I am just beginning this fantastic book but am already hooked. Documenting her embodied approach to changing sexual desire, Lori Brotto offers practical tools and easy exercises aimed to increase authentic desire. It is simple, truthful and current. Love it!
The First Astronomer – How Indigenous Elders Read the Stars by Duane Hamacher
A birthday gift from my beloved I have wanted this book ever since hearing Duane speak on the ABC podcast, Conversations. It is blowing my mind and reminding me of how much ancient wisdom we have lost and the magic of nature we no longer attune to. Through the voices of Elders, this book begins to reveal the tip of the universe and turns my eyes sky ward every evening.

Ziggy – Oh how I adore you!
Ziggy is my new best friend. And OMG how delightful it has been to become acquainted over the past few weeks. Ziggy is THE most accessible, diverse and delightful toy I have had the pleasure of playing with for ages. Finally, a toy that let’s go of the scripts and agendas and meets pleasure with an expansive edge. Ziggy is a full body friend who delightfully moulds itself queer self into a hand, between bodies, on a chair or clasped in holding vibration. Ziggy vibes with possibilities and whilst not a compact travel companion, sits happily and anonymously beside.

Wildfire Oils
Wildfire Products have been one of my favourites for years. Local, natural and smelling divine I am currently savouring the sensational smells of their essential oil. Vapourised in my gorgeous Perfect Potions burner, my absolute favourite is Tantalize.
Cards of celebration
My dear friends know me well and know how much I treasure a beautiful card and thoughtful words as a birthday gift. My kids know that too with each of them gifting me with humorous messages or hand made treasures this year. I love having them by my bed to remind me of their love.
Rabbit fur vest
I love op shopping. It always feels like a wonder-full treasure hunt of discovery. My latest find is a gorgeous rabbit fur vest. I spotted it in the window while recently staying in Melbourne for study and knew it had to come home with me. It has pretty much been on my lap, wrapped around my face or worn as meant, for the past two weeks! A precious resource of softness and sensual care it invites me to embodied stillness, rest and presence.
