This has been such a huge month for me, with the roll out of my first residential retreat – Transform. It was a massive undertaking and incredible journey for everyone involved. I am still landing tbh! Absolutely mind blowing.
What an incredible week.
Seven bold, brave women on retreat. Diving deeply, transforming and reclaiming the fullness of their sensual selves.
It was gentle and tender.
Wild and liberating.
Nurturing and ecstatic.
Piece by piece they disentangled themselves from fear and shame.
They trusted, allowed and transformed.
They met themselves over and over, unravelling the knots that had kept them bound.
They found their voices, claimed the wisdom of their scars and danced in the celebration and lusciousness of it all.
They met their own eyes and each others.
They sobbed and they roared.
They surrendered to the darkness and rose with the sunrise.
They flowed with the river and stood firmly rooted on the earth.
It was incredible.
So much gratitude and love for each one who had the courage to honour her yes and journey alongside me.
And to think….this is just the beginning.
